I have heard many bad things about adding flouride to our drinking water. Has anyone else heard this?

Yes, I've known about it for many years, and now, they say we could be getting too much arsenic from our tap water. About a year ago, I started buying gallon bottles of distilled water, and I flavor it with lemon juice, and whatever I have a taste for. Sometimes I even add a "drop"(from a medicine dropper) of peppermint extract in a glass when I don't want the fruity flavors.
