anyone have any great tofu recipes for kids, or should i say picky kids???

Tofu egg drop soup

2 eggs
half cup finely chopped firm tofu
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 can low sodium chicken broth

Preparation
Bring chicken broth to a boil
Add eggs
Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp. of water
Add to broth
Cook for 3 minuntes and stir till eggs are done

My son loves it with a little bit of white rice.
