I made the Fudge-Ginger cookies the other day... however, I did change the recipe around a bit using some creamy white chocolate for half of the semisweet, using all-purpose flour and adding in some salt.
These cookies were very good - quite brownie-like with their crisp shell and moist chewy inside.
