After an exhaustive search for gnocchi... I made this & it was outstanding. We really enjoyed it I found fresh gnocci and used a 13 oz package. found no shelf stable ones. I will continue looking. this was a hearty and delicious dinner that came together quickly. I used spinach instead of chard.

We just made this tonight and hubby really liked it. We found teh gnocchi in the international aisle of our local grocery store.

I think he liked it well enough he'll ask me to make again sometime.

Tomorrow night the beef and Cabbage with Peanut sauce. (in our case almond sauce as we only have a jar of almond butter in the house right now!)

I just made this last night. I found Cora brand shelf stable gnocchi by the other dried pasta in my grocery store. We liked this dish a lot but next time would use fresh gnocchi, we thought the shelf stable kind had a weird texture. But it was easy and healthy and filling and a great winter weekday meal!
