Hi everyone --

I love the Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Plums & Rosemary recipe from teh Fall 2004 magazine (http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/search.php?id=1437) and have a lot of plums. I would like to find a way to share this recipe with friends and familes. Expert canners: can you tell mewhether you think it would work to can the roast plums and rosemary from this recipe?
