I just made the Middle Eastern Lamb stew today. It is an amazing recipe!
Done in the slow cooker, it produced such tender meat, and the seasoning was so light and floral (cumin, garlic and coriander).
It really brightened up this freezing Boston day.

I highly recommend it.
