Dark leafy greens grow best in cooler weather, so they're very abundant in supermarkets right now. You may have avoided these nutritious greens in the past because of their bitter reputations—or maybe you love them!

Question:
How do you feel about dark leafy greens?

Choices:
I can't get enough of them!
I try, really I do, but I just can't do it.
Wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole.

This poll needs another option for those of us who struggle but do eat leafy greens *some*. I live in turnip country and was the only one in my family who didn't like them. I can eat them now in small quantities if they're not cooked with grease/fat of any kind. On the other hand, I *love* spinach and add it to many recipes and also to salads. I would love to hear of more ways to cook greens. Other seasonings? Something to soften the strong flavor? And just which greens *are* leafy greens.
