I'm not sure if anyone can help me, but I'm looking for a recipe that came out during the first year that Eating Well started printing again - there was a paella recipe with a featured article on Spanish food. I made the paella recipe for a party and it was a great hit - friends recently asked if I would do it again and I can't find that issue anywhere! It doesn't seem to be listed as a recipe on the website either...
