I had the gingersnap-banana frozen yogurt (delicious)! I also enjoyed the meatloaf--but made it with turkey.

We've treid the skillet Tofu Parmigana and I can't wait for the leftovers from it for lunch tomorrow. I've my eye on a few of the chicken recipes and one of the beef but haven't had the chance to work them in yet. LOL, that timing all depends on who is doing the cooking.

Hey Carolyn!

We made those mischievous Cherry burgers!

We were a little skeptical, but they turned out great! The cherry ketchup was a fantastic topping.

We made the Chicken Breasts with Mushroom Cream Sauce (pg 36) last night and it was delicious!. We served with steamed green beans and some roasted Yukon potatoes.

Sadly, I have been told my husband will not try ANY of the tofu recipes. He is not normally a picky eater, but he has his limits. It is best to put tofu in things like smoothies or desserts where he can't detect it. Smiler

Aw, Angela! I made Skillet Tofu Parmiagiana for my totally tofu-skeptical housemate and she said she'd eat it every week. Not that you can fool him really with that recipe. But maybe you could like make it one night that he's not home and maybe get him to taste the leftovers or something???
