I made the Squash Tea Bread and it is amazing. I made some substitutes: Whole wheat flour for the AP Flour (I added a couple tablespoons of OJ to "coax" the whole wheat flour into relaxing) Pumpkin puree for Squash puree 1 tsp of cinnamon instead of 1/2 tsp I made one loaf, then made another batch, but made muffins instead. Delicious I just put the Chicken Tzimes in the oven, and will eat it tonight for dinner. I'll let you know how it comes out. Sharon Coming soon www.thyme-to-cook.com
