Subscribers saw in the latest issue of the magazine the story about The EatingWell Diet book and we have a channel on the website with some of the information, recipes and tools found in the book.
Have any of you visited this section of our website? What do you think of the story in the magazine? Are you interested in seeing the book when it's available?

Hello- I just ordered your new Eating Well Diet after reading the article in your current magazine. I am looking forward to giving it a try. Are you going to create a new site for support for the book or just the one you have currently? It is very nice to have the free support! FYI- in the article in the magazine you have several boxes with info in them, the color of the copy is so light it is really hard to read, please use a darker color - just a suggestion. Greg

I visited the website after reading the article. I think the article is great, as I just myself lost 20 lbs on Weight Watchers. I used Eating Well recipes religiously throughout my weight loss journey.
What I noticed about the fundamentals of the article is that they are aligned with those of the WW program. What I like better about the Eating Well Diet is that you get to deal with actual calorie counts, and not points, as you do with the WW program.
I think the portion of the web surrounding the diet is great. Being able to download the food diary and exercise logs is very helpful.
I plan on definitely buying the book in April when it comes out.

Hi there, I just wanted to say that we're planning on augmenting the Diet channel as we go along. If you have any suggestions about what you would like to see, please let us know! Our plans now are to keep it free.

I just read enough about the Eating Well Diet that I think it just might work for me--just went ahead and ordered it and will try and access as much info on the site as I can before I get it. Nance

I loved the article about the new eating Well diet and got very psyched to begin so I have and have already lost 5.5 llbs! It's working better than anything I've tried in a long time. I did order the book but was disappointed there would be a 6 week delay between when I began and when I would receive the book. Though the article and the website have some of the tools I would like to have access to some of the behavioral approaches.Like Greg I'd also like a support site for help sticking to the diet so if you all can provide that-super. Keep up the good work-I am a devoted subscriber since the 90's

I was thrilled to order and receive the EatingWell Diet in the mail today, but was disappointed to see that there's no contact information listed for questions regarding the program. The answers I'm seeking will determine my goal-setting so, naturally, I feel stuck until I get a response from someone! How, when, who...? Thanks so much for a reply.
I enjoyed the article in the last Eating Well magazine about the EatingWell Diet. Yesterday I purchased the book - and began today! I am really looking forward to this. I filled out my goal sheet - and decided to take the slower route of losing 1 pd. per week.
Anyone else starting this? Would like to see lots of support here and sharing!!
Do you think it is possible to have a separate forum for just the EatingWell diet?
Hope to hear from more I will share how it is going for me. I am starting out with a higher calorie level - before I was always told to start so low - that never worked many days until I was starving and off on a sweet binge!!
I started the Eating Well diet this week after hitting a plateau on Weight Watchers. I've lost two pounds already and since I am used to tracking what I eat, I don't find it cumbersome.
I have one question - I am trying to find a calorie count for 3/4 cup raw pizza dough. I tried looking on several of the recommended sites, but could not find anything.
