What are you food strengths and challenges?

Strengths: Eating and liking fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Eating little meat, especially red meat. Being a good cook.

Weaknesses: Sweet cravings, particularly in the evening. Overeating to the point of great discomfort at times. Having inadequate cooking and storage space in current apartment. Being inconsisent in eating the right foods, particularly consuming too many carbs. Not planning ahead or taking the time to cook.
