I have the Eating Well Diet book and I noticed some differences in the calorie count listed in the book for the same recipe listed in the Feb. magazine Action Plan diet. For example the Quick Breakfast Taco is 123 calories in the book but 153 in the action plan. 30 calories can make a difference across several recipes for one day. Another example is the Loaded Spinach Salad which is 300 calories in the book but 274 in the action plan. There are 3 other items that are different. I was wondering if anyone noticed this. Perhaps they are typo errors but the magazine doesn't give the recipes for these dishes and one would need the cookbook to get them so if you follow the action plan in the magazine your daily tally could be off.
