Hi, the book sounds really great and I plan to buy it and give the 7 steps a try but am wondering if The Eating Well Diet book has recipes for "one" serving size or more? I will be cooking just for myself.
There are lots of quick breakfasts, easy desserts and simple snacks that are 1 serving. Most of the main dishes and sides are for more--some of them can be made ahead and frozen for a few months or refrigerate for a few days (instructions for those are included with the recipe).
