Hey guys!! I am going to college in three months, and would like to lose 15 lbs before I go. I have never tried discussion groups as support groups becuase most of them have wayyyy too many people. If you are interested, i would like to set something up where we can each post our daily goal in the morning, give tips, and post progress(hopefully) weekly. If you are interested just post your name, your weightloss goal, and an inspirational quote!!

ar828, Did you find some other cheerleaders? If not I'd be happy to mutaully cheerlead and be lead. I too would like to lose 15lbs. Have lost 10lbs since Feb but have been stalled and slacking for a while so the mutual support might get me going. My goals are 1450K/day, exercise 5x's/week and I'll paraphrase a quote I like that originally said "healing is not a solitary journey" but I'll change it to "weightloss is not a solitary journey".
