I started tracking my weight at the beginning of last month and thankfully have stuck to it. Its really what helped me lose the weight and helped me realize what was lacking in my diet and what I was having a bit too much of (icecream topped the list..  ) I'm not much for journaling on a piece of paper what I ate, because I'm less likely to go back and look at it over a series of days. It just felt too much like homework which I already have a ton of with college! However, blogging it worked great! I've shared the address with friends and fammily members, and knowing that people are viewing what I'm consuming has helped (whether or not they actually view it is a different question altogether!  ). I take pictures of everything I eat, and at the end of the day upload it on the computer. Sometimes I type a message, other times I just put in how many calories I consumed, and how many servings of each food pyramid group I got. Its really helped to up my veggie intake... I'd love to hear whats worked for other people too...
