Now that preliminary studies are suggesting that docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), an omega-3 fat with heart-healthy benefits, may boost brain power, food producers have been adding DHA to everything from yogurt to soy milk to eggs—and plastering the packages with “smart” slogans. While eating inherently healthful foods that have been fortified with DHA, along with DHA-rich foods like salmon and tuna, is a good way to increase your intake, currently there is no research to show that eating DHA-rich foods improves mental function in healthy adults.
have you tried any DHA-fortified foods?

Not on purpose. Although the eggs I usually buy, allegedly lovingly layed by cage free chickens, are now DHA enhanced. I'm leary of food fads, especially ones without apparent, scientifically backed benefit or ones without a long term track record of being safe for human consumption in unnatural quantities. My family likes salmon and tuna. I'll pass on being enhanced.
