I have had good results using panko bread crumbs in some of my favorite recipes . . .rack of lamb persille or browned in oil and butter and tossed with noodles or pasta.
May they be substituted for "home-made" bread crumbs universally. Specifically, how do they work in the recent recipes for stuffed artichokes? Interested in experience or comments.
