What’s your favorite peanut butter? Do you have a favorite peanut butter recipe?

I love making peanut noodles. YUMMMMMM... I've been using a sample from Maranatha I think that's crunchy natural no-stir peanut butter. I haven't used it in noodles yet (I usually use creamy for that) but it's been tasty on my morning English Muffin!

For the last couple of years our favorite brand has been the Wild Oats Crunchy. Although I do keep some of the non cruncy for the satay like sauces. I occasionally substitute almond butter when I feel like splurging. That has gone up in price so much in the past few years it's been almost exclusively peanut butter for us.

Trader Joe's organic peanut butter is divine. Crunchy's my favorite.
