I am at a loss in trying to figure out how to eat healthy. What makes it even harder are the conditions of where I live. Currently I live in a hotel room. There is no stove or refrigeration. My only means of cooking is by microwave. For the last 7 years I have lived off canned processed food, junk food and soda.
Can anyone help me figure out how I can eat healthy despite my living conditions? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Canned wild salmon and sardines, rotisserie chicken from grocery store, poach fresh or frozen fish in microwave, microwave broccoli, kale, collards, chard, spinach and other vegetables and drizzle with olive oil and lemon, eat big salads (buy pre-washed greens) pre-made coleslaw or broccoli slaw mix, etc., fresh fruit, especially berries.
You probably already know what not to eat: anything with added sugar such as soda, processed foods, cereals, granola bars, etc. Basically everything you've been eating. Shop the perimeter of the store, shop the farmers markets if there are any near you.
