Recently, I have become more interested in learning about what I should and SHOULD NOT be eating to help support my hypothyroidism disorder. I have heard that I should avoid things like Broccoli, colliflower, brussel spouts, peanuts, and spinach. I would like to know if anyone else with hypothyroidism is following a doctor or nutitritionist recommended diet. It gets so confusing whether or not you are supposed to get more or less of nutrients such as iodine, iron, etc.
