What are some fun ways to celebrate V-day in a healthier way?
Some ideas: Depending on where you live, do something athletic--strap on our cross-country skis or snow shoes and hit the trail or do a yoga class together
Prepare a healthy, romantic multi-course meal together complete with wine pairings--spend time choosing recipes together, shopping together and cooking together
Treat each other to a day at the spa--get massages, facials and spend time relaxing in the sauna or hot tub
