Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what I can use to replace Soy or Worcestershire Sauce? I have and allergy to soy so almost all processed food is out. I love asian stir fry, but pretty much everything has soy. Any thoughs?

Asian dishes are tough without soy sauce. For dishes that only call for a little soy, you may get away with trying something savory and salty, like fish sauce, really salty chicken stock, or a concoction of all of the above.
