Hi everyone,

We'd love to hear how you would make our website better. What problems do you have with our site? What would you like us to do better? What do you like about it?

We're also thinking of putting videos and slide shows on our site. Would you look at them? What types of things would you like to see as a video or slide show?

Videos/slides showing preperation of a recipe would be cool. Your recipes are typically not difficult, and generally well written. But as they say, a picture (or video) is worth a thousand words, etc, etc. I would look at them.

Also guessing that the beautiful orange/grapefruit pic on the Feb 07 cover is not the only citrus photo taken. Would be fun to see some of the "rejects". Or a medley of citrus varieties. Something to further exploit your fantastic photography and your feature simultaneously.

I echo other folk's complaints of how difficult is is to enter the forums section of this website.

I find the Forums layout and navigation awkward. I'm accustomed to a much more hierarchical layout with very clear structure.

Also, videos would be very nice...I have a hankering for some well-known and creatively talented chefs and other food professionals giving tips and techniques visually. For instance, a video on the basics of food styling (edible food, please), or a visual of chocolate making and tempering in a home kitchen...yum.

Thanks for asking.

Can you be more specific about how you'd like to see the forums laid out? Thanks!

Oh, and we have a few videos up!
Click here and you'll see there is "watch video" next to a few of our tips and techniques. We're filming some more this week as well!
