Our next issue has a Kung Pao Tofu makeover in it! You could adapt it for shrimp or chicken pretty easily!

How about General Tso's Chicken. It has an addictive sauce and maybe you could substitute crunchy noodles and veggies to get the crunch lost from the fried chicken.
