Christmas is just 2 weeks away. If you celebrate it, what are you making?

I'm getting together with some friends to make some (unhealthy) cookies that I'll mostly give away. My sister, cousin and I informed our family that we'll be bringing healthier food to serve alongside our glazed ham and potato-cheddar casserole (topped with potato chips and more cheese of course). I'm making Red & White Salad, my sister is making hummus and veggies and my cousin is bringing a veggie pasta dish.

Christmas is potluck, but I'm making our Maple Walnut Cake for dessert. I love love LOVE that cake!

We're going to Texas to be with our grown-up children and their families. I'm always assigned to make the cornbread dressing to go with the turkey. I make a fairly easy pie with meringue, Ritz crackers, and pecans that our sons always beg me to make, so that will show up for dessert. Unhealthy part: serve with whipped cream. Yummm!
