I'm worried about the future--near and long term--about sustainable fishing. I heard a story on NPR this am about the federally restricted number of allowable fishing days for Cape Cod fisherman. Meanwhile, the U.S. exports tons of tainted fish and shrimp from China that has been grown in filthy waters and maintained using unsustainable techniques. Is anyone else concerned about this and if so, what are people doing in their local communities?
