Sigh. I love your recipes, articles, your magazines and your website, and I love this way of healthy eating. I do however questions many of the ads that are now appearing on your website and in your magazine. I am especially weary of seeing ads for prescriptions, supplements and diets and diet aids wherever I turn. We are so bombarded with these everywhere else, does EatingWell need these the revenue so badly that anything goes?
It just seems a bit confusing to me that a health-oriented magazine is going the same way as the mainstream. Does EatingWell have some kind of standard? Do they support all these companies that advertise? I don't think many of your subscribers mind the ads for healthy foods, but don't you think you could be a little more selective when it comes to advertisements so they are consistent with a healthy lifestyle?
Just needed to get that off my chest. Thanks for listening.
