i just made another post about chia seeds, but i have another statement / question that is more appropriate for this section. i have been considering a raw diet and chia seeds seem to be all the rage in the raw diet community. they were brought back into production in central and south america about 15 years ago because they are a great sustainable crop that can be a major help to certain poor communities. does anyone have more information about chia seeds? the only site that i have really been to is thechiaseed.com because i saw an episode of oprah where they said to check out that site. it has a lot of good info and you can buy them there, but i was wondering if anyone had some real life experience with chia seeds yet?
