Did you make any health-related New Year's Resolutions this year?
Since I'm getting back into my morning workout routine, I'm going to start making a few healthier dinners a week for my housemates. I also want my meals to center more around whole grains, fruits and vegetables.

I've resolved to stay firm about not smoking (1 year, 1 month smoke-free now! )and to spend at least 20 minutes, four times a week, on the treadmill. I'm starting out slowly so nothing gets hurt!
I make my resolutions quietly. No big hubbub no blog posts announcing and no one but me to hold myself accountable. Its not that I dont want to make changes, its just that I think resolutions are very gradually things that need to be changed, not sudden death lifestyle changes that once you screw up you are over with.
For me its been HFCS. I'm trying to avoid items with HFCS. This means I'm cutting out normal soda (I dont like diet and istead use my seltzer bottle and davinci syrups) I check proccessed products and am aware that when I eat out I need to go with the most simply prepared items hold the sauces please.
