What are your tips for staying trim?
Luckily, I have a young dog who needs exercise so at the very least, I get out for a walk with her for 20 minutes (usually twice) a day. I'm finding my weekly yoga class to be really therapeutic for multiple reasons at this time of year--in more ways then one. Stretching feels good and the meditation aspect helps me stay (sort of) centered.
