It's so hard--there's food EVERYWHERE! At work, at school, at parties and at home... Imagine working all day in the test kitchen on top of that! Welcome to my world.

What are your tips for staying trim?

Luckily, I have a young dog who needs exercise so at the very least, I get out for a walk with her for 20 minutes (usually twice) a day. I'm finding my weekly yoga class to be really therapeutic for multiple reasons at this time of year--in more ways then one. Stretching feels good and the meditation aspect helps me stay (sort of) centered.

HI Carolyn, I manage to squeeze in an hour 5 times a week of Jazzercise class. I love it! It was a huge contribution to my weight loss. Smiler


30 lbs. gone ~ 10 more to go! I'm doing it!
