Hello all... I was just wondering if there was anyone else using EW and CL to develop a weight loss plan? Keeping in mind that I'm feeding a finicky family of five, I'm curious how you go about it. Just looking for ideas, input and suggestions.

VeggieMom, No, not a dumb question at all! CL is "Cooking Light" (as in the magazine)
I do use both EW and CL as my primary source for light, healthy recipes with lots of variety. I think EW provides a lot of health-related information in their articles, but I don't think I use it to specifically tailor an eating plan.
Oh thank you tholbrook...I have seen the Cooking Lite...but never read it ...I may have to pick up a copy...thanks
