has anyone been using chia seeds in their diet? my good friend hope told me about an episode of oprah where dr. oz was talking about the wonderful health benefits of chia seeds and how they even work to curb appetite. i'd never heard of them before and i only found one other post on here that referred to them. anyway, on the show they said to go online to a site called TheChiaSeed.com so i did and ordered some and i've been eating them everyday for about the past 2 weeks. they help me big time to suppress my appetite and they have a ton of fiber which is great too so has anyone one else heard of or used chia seeds? please post so we can swap recipes and success stories!
