I like to take a long walk with the family. It's usually cold and so refreshing. This year, however, I'll be at my partner's family's place in New York, so we'll probably walk it off when we go shopping in the city!

My Jazzercise class offers a BURNIN UP THE BIRD class the day after Thanksgiving. It is fun too! Instead of the usual 1 hour class it is 1.5 hours. I look forward to it after indulging Smiler

30 lbs. gone ~ 10 more to go! I'm doing it!
